2014 8th Bead Soup Blog Party

Welcome to the Eighth Bead Soup blog Party

I did enjoy the soup sent to me by Amber Dawn

I have however been able to design a few pieces with the lovely Bead Soup that Amber Dawn sent me. Thank you Amber. I took the lamp work beads with the large holes and strung them on a nickel silver chain. I used one of my own fused Dichotic glass pieces as the focal for this piece. Now, onward. I used the fuchsia Lycra circles by putting the Swaorvski crystals and brass bead spacers to form a bracelet. I used the handmade toggle on this piece.  Now, to the fun beads in my soup. Amber sent me the most delightful clay beads. One was a birthday cake. One was a cup of tea with lemon, Then there were two black ones with yellow roses. I guess the ‘Yellow Roses of Texas’ :^). She sent one heart with script of Eternal Love on it, and a glass heart. Whuee. There were several fun beads and glass beads. I had a really good time designing these pieces.
Be blessed to be a blessing

  27. All your pieces are beautifully designed! The glass focal on the blue necklace gives it character and I like the pink and green combination of the bracelet and earrings set. The beads in the last pair of earrings have a magical color and so are the earrings! As for the feast of chocolate - it's also a feast to the eye :)
